Refund Policy
At Mecca Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used supplements or nutrition products
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Defective or Damaged Items If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
